We are looking for you, located in Trier, Bonn or Vienna or 100% remote in Germany as a

Technical Product Manager (m/f/d) Platform

Your tasks:

  • Product management for product infrastructure and deployment in Platform & Technology area

  • Definition and implementation of product roadmap and strategy

  • Communication with our customers, service and development partners

  • Analysis, prioritization and implementation of market and internal requirements and trends

  • Conception and validation of development requirements in close cooperation with end-users, service and development teams

  • Functional guidance of the development team and adjacent areas as well as documentation and training

  • Drive the continuous evolution of your product along innovation opportunities and market needs

  • Actively manage the communication about your product towards customers, services, and management

  • Contribute to an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

  • Motivate, guide, and support your peers throughout the organization

You bring along:

  • University degree in computer science equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3 to 5 years expertise in software industry in Product Management, R&D

  • Self-motivated product manager who wants to optimize results for our customers

  • Knowledge in design and implementation of High availability solutions

  • Strong knowledge in:

    • Container virtualization / orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, cri-o)

    • WildFly and Quarkus (Java, Jakarta EE) as deployment base

    • Linux (Red Hat based) Operating systems

    • Network architecture

  • Very good analytic capabilities to manage conflicting inputs in different agile projects (scrum)

  • Strong business acumen and a motivated team player

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, French is a plus

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in German and English

  • Strong organizational skills & ability to meet deadlines

  • Self-management skills and self-starter attitude
