The Role

Leads technical product management activities for MarTech's Gen AI/ML products supporting Marketing use cases and driving adoption and efficiency targets. Participates in the design and continuous improvement of the technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the AI/ML vision and strategy. Develop and communicate a roadmap that aligns with business goals and stakeholder needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate across enterprise marketing and IT teams gather and prioritize requirements. Facilitate regular meetings and updates to ensure alignment and transparency. Partners with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner and supports/drives escalations where required to enable rapid delivery.
  • Coaches technical product teams towards best practices and learnings. Ensures delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.

  • Leads the planning, development and implementation of new AI/ML products. Defines and analyzes technical markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans/roadmaps.
  • Employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the product’s success. Use data to make informed decisions, drive continuous improvement and strategic planning.
  • Participates in and provides recommendations for ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
  • Participates in the team’s engineering practices in development, continuous integration, and automated deployment.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements, architecture design, and user guides. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to the team and stakeholders.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred. Minimum of five years related work experience.
  • Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred.
