You'll be working with sales, product owners, designers and engineering to analyse and document customer product journeys, supporting high quality product feature development.
What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian
- 5+ years' experience in business analysis, product analysis, user experience analysis or similar.
- Strong skillsets in analysis, questioning and documentation.
- Demonstrated experience communicating requirements to engineering teams, with high quality outcomes.
- Experience in requirements analysis for systems or integrations, such as API specifications or AI agent workflows
- Experience in an agile environment
- Proven collaboration with product managers, scrum masters and engineers.
Work that matters - What you'll be doing
You'll be designing the future TenderLink platform in partnership with the director of product, a product designer and a dedicated engineering team. This will involve:
- Requirements analysis – defining detailed functional and technical requirements from product designs and journeys
- Communication – helping engineering teams understand the context of requirements and facilitating communication with product owners.
- Knowledge management – setting and encouraging standards for effective documentation of knowledge, to support high quality outcomes.
