The Role
Processes purchase requisitions and orders, evaluates supplier quotations, selects and monitors vendors, verifies budgets, coordinates delivery and inventory receipt, manages procurement documentation and invoices, and prepares purchasing and vendor reports. The role also supports procedural compliance and improvement while ensuring timely, cost-effective acquisition of technical materials and equipment.

• Follow, suggest improvements, and escalate non-compliance of communicated procedures, administration, reporting and guidance.
Requirements
Experience, Education and/or Professional Qualifications
• University degree in Engineering/Science
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the IT industry
• Certification: Procurement and Supply Chain related certifications are an advantage
