Technical Presales Consultant for Storage Data Migration - DACH Region + France

Key objective of this role will be for supporting the EMEA Business Teams on all aspects of Solution Concepts, Positioning, Channel Partner Support and adequately End-User Needs.

Job Description

• Conduct/Lead technical Presentations and work with different Teams in identifying and qualifying Business Opportunities
• Support and assist Sales Teams in understanding and gathering Customer Requirements to offer Complete & Cost-Effective Solutions.
• Provide Technical Expertise for Opportunities involving Storage, SAN’s (FC & iSCSI) LAN/WAN, and Cloud Services for Data Migration
• Conduct Products/Solutions POCs (Proof of Concept) to customers and at times support Partners performing these POCs
• Prepare Configurations, Sizing, analyse and respond to RFPs/ RFQs according to the exact needs of the customers
• Prepare solution layout, BOM and engage Service Delivery team for professional services delivery
• Assist and provide Technical Compliance and Competitive Analysis of Products to Partners and Customers
• Ability to anticipate and identify key customer technical objections and resolve technical gaps
• Should be ready to work for extended hours – in critical situations (on-demand)
• Readiness to travel to Customer Sites and visit Channel Partners within the assigned Region and if needed outside that Region

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of Experience of working on Storage (Dell, Hitachi, HPE, IBM NetApp etc...) Turnkey System Integration, RFP/RFQ, Bids across Corporates and Public Accounts.
• Certifications – in either of: Storage, Storage/Server Virtualization, Backup&Recovery, Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP etc…)
• Hands-On experience in either of: Storage Subsystems like DellEMC, IBM, Pure, Hitachi, NetApp, HPE; Hypervisors like VMware & HyperV; OS Platforms such as Windows, Linux etc...
• Should have great passion for Technology
• Should be a Quick Learner & should have Ability to adapt to New Technical Skills
