As a Technical Post-Sales Engineer at Two Six Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and the needs of our customers. This role requires a deep understanding of our products as well as excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate between our engineering team, sales team and our customer support account directors. The work is remote and candidate must be able to travel to customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise: Possess an excellent understanding of our technical capabilities to effectively communicate how our products align with client needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and customer support to ensure seamless communication and execution of projects.
- Solution Customization: Collaborate with engineering team to develop customized solutions, ensuring they meet technical specifications, performance expectations, and budget constraints.
- Quote and Proposal Development: Help others on the team prepare accurate and detailed quotes and proposals based on customer specifications, providing clear explanations of the technical aspects involved.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Product Knowledge Sharing: Help train on our products, processes, and technical capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and at least 9 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in technical director or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to comprehend complex technical information and present it in a clear and understandable manner
- Results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for generating technical documentation and presentations
- Must be willing and able to travel to client sites
- Willing and eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance

The projected salary range listed for this position is annualized. This is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary. Salary is one component of our total compensation package and the specific salary offered is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, geographic location, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.
Salary Range
$113,400—$190,500 USD
