We are looking for a Technical Operations & Data Analyst to add to our growing operations team for our senior Communications & Engagement solution. The job will involve supporting the Customer Operations team in supporting enterprise clients from a technical perspective, doing data analysis, data updates and build out tools and automations to streamline operations.
Job Description:
* Work with Customer teams to set up Enterprise customers from the back-end (database and Twilio communications platform)
* Work with Customer and Operations teams to do data analysis on platform and user data. Conduct data cleanup and data maintenance in database.
* Troubleshoot technical customer issues by looking at data, and providing recommendations on fixing the issues.
* Soundly execute the steps associated with existing processes and/or controls to ensure that Enterprise customer accounts is functioning correctly.
* Review data consumed from various feeds to reconcile, research, and address reporting requirements
* Professionally and consistently communicate with internal clients, actively participate in meetings and provide concise updates and recommendations to management
* Adaptable, flexible and thrive in a changing, dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks at a given time.
Skill Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
* At least 2 years working in an technical operations capacity
* Experience supporting with Customer Success & Product teams
* Core experience as a SQL database developer related role (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL— preferred, Microsoft excel)
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
* Should be proactive and have the intellect to explore and come up with solutions to complex technical issues.
* Willingness to work overlap with US timezones
