We are seeking a Technical Onboarding Support Analyst! This role will work closely with clients to Onboard them to the XP Platform and help them troubleshoot any issue they may have during the process.  The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills and is interested in learning more about our XP technology to help world-wide clients with their platform onboarding. In this role, you'll learn about a wide range of web-related technologies and be exposed to direct communication with clients. The Impact You'll Make:

  • Provide exceptional onboarding support for new and existing Innovid Ad Measurement clients to assist in setting up their InnovidXP measurement portals
  • Review and interpret client onboarding forms to accurately configure their InnovidXP Portals
  • Ensure all client onboarding requests and instructions are followed precisely and timely
  • Work cross-functionally to manage the prioritization and data-gathering efforts of Innovid’s Measurement clients
  • Monitor client data signals for errors
  • Troubleshoot technical implementations, and work closely with our TPM and Technical Support team to resolve any setup or technical issues
  • Configure and Issue XP web response, action/KPI, and OTT impressions tags for external implementation
  • Provide XP Pixel Validation to confirm client data signals reach Innovid data systems
  • Configure and launch Client XP Portals
  • Provide clients with instructions on how to upload linear spot files

What You'll Bring to Us:

  • +1 year experience in a technical client-facing role
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously
  • Detailed-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
  • Familiarity with ZenDesk and/or Jira ticketing systems - an advantage
  • Familiarity with web development and network traffic troubleshooting tools (e.g. Charles, Fiddler, Chrome Developer Tools, etc) - an advantage
  • Familiarity with Python - adv
