Opus1.io, a fast growing SaaS CRM. tailored for music and performing arts schools, is on a mission to revolutionize the way music education businesses interact with their clients.
Our Customer Experience team is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and driving product adoption. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking an Onboarding Specialist who will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' success.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Data Migration and Setup
• Lead data migration from existing systems, including client, scheduling, and service information
• Configure business settings (open hours, room assignments) and create self-booking links for lessons and classes
• Set up services, payment plans, and workflows for smooth client operations
Support During Migration
• Act as the client’s main contact during migration, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth progress
• Conduct check-ins and adjust configurations to meet client needs
Training and Go-Live
• Provide training to help clients use Opus1 effectively and ensure they are ready to go live
• Test all configurations and prepare clients for independent system use
Efficiency and Collaboration
• Streamline the migration process for faster onboarding and reduced support tickets.
• Collaborate with internal teams for a smooth post-onboarding handoff

• Has experience leading data migrations from existing systems, including the transfer of client, scheduling, and service information.
• Demonstrates technical expertise in configuring essential business settings (such as open hours and room assignments) and creating self-booking links for lessons and classes.
• Possesses strong analytical skills to troubleshoot migration issues and ensure smooth progress, with excellent communication skills to keep clients informed throughout the process.
• Provides comprehensive training to help clients effectively use Opus1, ensuring they are prepared to go live by testing all configurations and enabling independent system use.
• Has a meticulous attention to detail, streamlining the migration process for faster onboarding and reducing support needs.
Works collaboratively to ensure a seamless post-onboarding handoff with internal teams, enhancing the overall client experience.
