The Role
Candidate will support and act as the function lead for the containerized applications running on Kubernetes (AWS EKS), Dockers. Including some of the applications running on Apache and Java middleware technologies production environment by pro-actively monitoring and quickly responding to middleware incidents for one or more technologies within the technical area of expertise.

Including some of the applications running on Apache and Java middleware technologies production environment by pro-actively monitoring and quickly responding to middleware incidents for one or more technologies within the technical area of expertise.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4-years) in Computer Science, Business or related field.
  • 7+ years of technical expertise in the required tech stack and lead experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution, negotiating, and influencing.
  • Proven track record to lead, build, influence and maintain positive relationships with key business partners to drive initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently with high initiative and comfortable working in a team environment. - Detail oriented and structured.
  • High level of competency using O365 and Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Power BI, etc.)
  • Extensive understanding of Kubernetes (AWS EKS), Docker, Helm, Jenkins, Git, Shell scripts, AWS Cloud Administration, Hybrid Cloud Architecture, AWS Serverless, Framework, DevOps (CI/CD) GIT/Gerrit, Jenkins, CloudFormation, Ansible, Python, Windows/Linux Server, Administration, ITIL, AWS LAMBDA,
  • Good to have understanding of Middleware technologies like Apache, Tomcat, IBM Websphere and IIS
