Role Summary
Key Responsibilities

  • Support Global Marketing Initiatives and Support Marketing activities of the Groups in India
  • Marketing Coordination: Organize group participation in trade shows (Auto Expo, ACMA Customer events, etc.) and Customer Tech shows, Magna Conferences and Events.
  • Oversee the efficacy and performance of Magna conferences and events by implementing consistent post-event surveys, delivering reporting and insights and driving towards data-based decision-making.
  • Lead and collaborate with Global Marketing team for New Year Diaries, Season Greetings, and Giveaways etc.
  • Maintain and Track record of Annual Subscription and reports of Industry Membership - SIAM, ACMA, CII & News Portals.
  • Support Presentations for Customer meetings and Internal Conferences
  • Facilitating activities to establish Magna Gear shop for employees for Magna's Online Store
  • Support the Talent Attraction Initiatives for Magna Divisions in India
  • Collaboration with HR Teams at Magna Divisions for Calendar of Events for Internal Employee Communication Initiatives
  • Support on Mining of Stories collaborating for Magna Divisions in India for Internal and External Communications.


Key Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or master's certificate in Marketing or Communications or related fields.
  • Experience: 0-1 years of experience in Marketing/Communication function.
  • Proven work experience in digital marketing, content writing would be an added advantage.


Job Type: 1 Year Magna Contract (based on the performance will change as permanent employee)
Additional Information

  • You must be a good communicator with a passion for generating great content as you will contribute to the development of thought leadership materials.
  • Must be having a strategic outlook combined with strong operational and complex program management skills to drive implementation.
  • Excellent knowledge of both spoken and written English and, Kannada as additional language is an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office, PowerPoint applications.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 20% of the time.
  • Passionate, committed, Independent and reliable way of working.
