Your challenges 
You will join a team responsible for supporting, advising and training our European sales companies within all technical aspects of our products. 
As a tier 2 technical supporter, your primary tasks will be to:
•    Respond to technical queries from the sales companies
•    Give technical advice to external architects in close collaboration with our sales companies
•    Organise and facilitate internal physical and online product and installation training
•    Create knowledge base content to be shared with Tier 1 support
•    Develop and maintain tools and documentation across product lines
•    Collect market feedback in order to improve, optimise and develop our products 
In the role you can expect 20-30 days travel annually 

Your qualifications 
•    Engineering degree or other relevant technical background (e.g. construction manager)
•    5+ years’ experience from working in an international environment
•    Structured and persistent approach to task solving 
•    Team player with a high drive, who takes pride in completing tasks timely
•    Communicating and collaborating easily with people with other cultural backgrounds
•    Ability to juggle a busy schedule with several different tasks at once
•    Well acquainted with the MS Office tools and ACAD and/or Revit
•    Communicates fluently in English and Danish both in speech and writing
•    Familiarity with German and French is an advantage, but not a requirement
•    Ideally have knowledge of roof windows and roof installations 
•    Experience working with electrical products, managing technical values and knowledge of smoke ventilation would be beneficial
