Technical Manager

Qualco Real Estate, member of the Qualco Group, is a Real Estate Asset Manager with operations in Greece & Cyprus, offering value enhancing solutions relating to real estate assets.

Qualco Real Estate is looking for a Technical Manager to join our Technical and Development Department. The successful candidate will help us in recruiting the technical department, enhance our service range, coordinate, manage, report and supervise the execution of technical maturity services.

Reporting to the Technical Director, the role has the following responsibilities:

• Management of the company’s contractual agreements regarding technical maturity
• Manage the relation and the communication with the client
• Supervision and coordination of vendors and subcontractors responsible for the technical maturity of the assets;
• Assist our vendors and suppliers in providing the best possible solution and the best possible outcome to our clients;
• Expand the vendors’ network with new agreements;
• Check and coordinate different steps in technical maturity process, to ensure that the asset will be ready for sale;
• Manage and resolve technical issues dealing with the transferability of assets;
• Manage, report, coordinate and supervise the performance of the vendors;
• Review process and methodology and address issues on how to improve operational efficiency;
• Deal with other technical issues regarding other projects, and;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

• A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Surveyor Engineering;
• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience primarily in regularization of properties, in issue of Building identities and permits and in a variety of other technical issues;
• Knowledge of the Greek urban and town planning legislation (especially of the settlement and property arrangement/regularization laws - 4495/2017, 4759/2020, 5142/24);
• Knowledge and use of the Greek Technical Chamber’s platform;
• Advanced user of excel;
• Knowledge of autocad will be considered as an asset, and;
• English fluency and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
