Lead end-to-end technical delivery and architecture for customer projects across core mobile networks. End-to-End family (E2E) comprises the support of customers across different Business Units/Business Groups as needed, in line with contractual service agreements and internal Nokia stakeholders in pre- and post-sales activities with technical and non-technical topics. Ensures readiness of service delivery and covers the provision of recommendations to product houses on design for serviceability aspects. Contains escalation of key issues to appropriate functions.
 

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of customer projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact and escalation point for customers, managing all technical deliverables and stakeholder communications.
  • Own and maintain the end-to-end network architecture, including High-Level and Low-Level Designs, ensuring documentation remains current throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional technical teams, ensuring appropriate governance, resource allocation, capability development, and adherence to standards.
  • Oversee technical quality, perform risk assessments, implement mitigation plans, and proactively manage technical constraints and project risks.
  • Collaborate effectively with local, regional, and global stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Own network configuration and fault management while ensuring the project schedule is realistic and technical deliverables meet customer expectations.
Qualifications
  1. Deep understanding of core network architectures including SDM, IMS, EPC and core 5G.

  2. Preferably, should have worked as a lead integrator or a solution architect in these areas.  

  3. Nokia is delivering complex software systems so an excellent background & deep understanding of software, API integration, RFC requirements with previous ‘hands on’ experience developing and managing telecom software programs is required.  

  4. Strong technical program management of large complex software solution integration of core mobile networks with  IMS, LTE, VoWifi network technologies

  5. Strong working knowledge of Cloud technologies including Native Cloud, VMWare, AWS

  6. A minimum BSEE/BSCE/BSCS degree. Masters preferred.

  7. Basic understanding of Openstack, Kubernetes(k8s), Docker Container technologies
  8. Understanding of Nokia Cloud platform solutions (CBIS/NCS/NCOM)
  9. Excellent English verbal and written communication is a must.

  10. Strong inter-personal skills like Conflict management & resolution, ability to lead and motivate people, Positivity, empathy

Skills Required
