Technical Manager of Process Development Engineering (Based in Haiphong)

The Team and Role:
The Technical Manager of Process Development Engineering is responsible for Manufacturing engineering tasks and directly report to Senior Process Manager.

• Locate in Hanoi city of Vietnam and major focus on CM factories management and technical support to sustain good quality and shipment from multiple CM factories.

• Possibly in charge of Mice and Webcams and Video collaboration and Mobility keyboard products.

• Have the opportunity to get training from experienced engineers from SuZhou Logitech

• Have the opportunity to work with R&D engineering and manufacture teams to design and optimize manufacturing process to drive continue improvement.

• Closely work with CM factories engineering team in Vietnam

• Play an auditor role to sustain manufacturing process and continue improvement

• Quick support and response for major quality crisis and problem solving

• Daily & Weekly base frequency report to stake holders

• Involve NPIs launch to support travel base process engineers

Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

• Bachelor degree with Mechanical Electric background

• Fluent read and write and speak Vietnamese and English and Chinese

• More than 10 years work experience on manufacturing engineering in electronic industry 

• More than 5 years experiences on PCBA including SMT and Wave soldering and multiple manual soldering

• More than 5 years experiences on multiple assembly technology, including Hot press and laser marking and ultrasonic welding and Label printing and multiple glue application

• Good team work and communication skill
