What You’ll Do
Design, implement, and optimize scalable backend systems and AI-driven workflows from spec to production.
• Own the architectural roadmap — making pragmatic, high-leverage decisions that scale with the platform.
• Lead integration of LLM models, agentic frameworks, and workflow automation to enhance sales intelligence features.
• Profile, debug, and optimize the platform for high availability, low latency, and seamless third-party integrations.
• Take high-impact features from discovery through deployment — writing technical designs, breaking down complexity, and iterating on feedback.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code. Champion engineering best practices and lead code reviews.
What We’re Looking For
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with a meaningful portion in senior or lead roles at fast-paced startups.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or similar; proven ability to architect complex systems and navigate large codebases.
• Solid working knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or comparable — schema design, query optimization, indexing.
• Hands-on experience on AWS, GCP, or Azure (containerization, CI/CD, observability).
• Experience with AI/LLM agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen) or low-code / workflow automation platforms.
