Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically strong Lead Developer with 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and leading enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in .NET technologies, Angular, SQL databases, and modern application architecture principles.

This role requires strong leadership capabilities, architectural thinking, and hands-on coding expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to development teams.

  • Drive architecture discussions and enforce best coding practices.

  • Ensure adherence to Scrum methodologies and agile best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, QA, DevOps, and product stakeholders.

  • Oversee database design, optimization, and performance tuning.

  • Ensure secure implementation of authentication and authorization mechanisms.

  • Review code, conduct technical audits, and ensure quality standards.

  • Support deployment, integration, and ongoing production support activities.

Required Technical SkillsConcepts & Architecture
  • Strong expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs)

  • Solid understanding of Design Patterns (Singleton, Factory, etc.)

  • Experience working in Scrum / Agile environments

  • Strong knowledge of Authentication & Authorization mechanisms

  • Experience designing secure enterprise applications

  • Understanding of UML / Visio diagrams (Good to have)

  • Experience with App-to-App communication (JWT, token-based security) – Good to have

Backend / .NET Technologies
  • Strong hands-on experience in C#

  • Expertise in .NET Core (v8 preferred)

  • Experience in WCF Services

  • Strong experience building and consuming RESTful APIs

  • Good command over LINQ

  • Experience in enterprise-grade application architecture

Database
  • Strong experience in MS SQL (On-Premise)

  • Hands-on experience in Azure SQL

  • Experience working with at least one additional database (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)

  • Performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization expertise

Client Technologies
  • Strong experience in Angular (v18/20 preferred)

  • Expertise in TypeScript

  • Experience in additional client-side frameworks (React, Vue, etc.) – Good to have

  • Strong understanding of UI architecture and state management

Leadership & Behavioral Competencies
  • Proven experience leading technical teams

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to make architectural decisions

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Proactive ownership mindset
