Role overviewAs a Technical Lead, you will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling Muvr’s core platform. You will lead technical execution, guide engineering best practices, and collaborate closely with Product and Design to deliver high-impact features.
This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys ownership, mentoring others, and solving complex technical problems.
Key Responsibilities- Lead technical design and implementation of key platform features
- Provide architectural guidance and ensure scalability and reliability
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical support
- Collaborate with Product and Design to translate requirements into solutions
- Drive engineering best practices around testing, performance, and maintainability
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system stability
Required
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong expertise in system design, backend/frontend development, and APIs
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and influence engineering decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
- Experience in marketplaces, logistics, or real-time dispatch platforms
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and modern DevOps practices
- Passion for mentoring and building strong engineering culture
- High ownership in shaping the platform’s technical direction
