You're an expert in architecting and executing end to end technical solutions. You’re a master of your craft but you’re happy to set the vision and your team up for success rather than do it all yourself. You’re a leader and visionary who can flex between coding, leading a team, and communicating with clients. You love bringing ideas to life in collaborative interdisciplinary teams.

What You'll Do

  • Architect comprehensive full-stack/front-end builds for a variety of digital experiences and environments
  • Set the bar for experience engineering and coach your team to rise to your level
  • Lead a team of developers across a project
  • Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment to manage team health and project success
  • Articulate your approach clearly to both your team and clients
  • Bring a point of view and informed opinions on platforms and code/styling solutions to evolve Instrument’s digital presence as an industry leader
  • Establish and maintain best practices for development, documentation, testing and automation across projects
  • Do great work and be great to work with

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years’ experience in full-stack development and/or front-end development
  • Experience delivering fully functional production experiences to market
  • Experience in a front-end framework such as React or Vue
  • Experience in one or more cloud environments (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean)
  • A portfolio you’re proud of, showing comprehensive full-stack builds
  • Passion for leading-edge technology 
  • Ability to present your work clearly and passionately
  • Ability to set, maintain and deliver upon expectations internally and externally
  • Collaboration, flexibility, humility, confidence

Pay Range

  • The expected pay range for this position is $135,000-$160,000 for our base US Region 3*. We have three regional pay ranges that are adjusted for cost of living (US1 +15%, US2 +7.5%, US3 Base), *learn more about our pay philosophy and cost of living adjustments.
