Role Overview:

At Flatworld Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated Technical Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying innovative AI and automation solutions using Microsoft Azure. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and translate them into technical architectures that leverage the power of AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead Development Team: Supervise a team of software developers, provide technical guidance, and ensure team collaboration and productivity.

·       Software Development: Design, develop, and deploy software applications using .Net 6 and above, ASP.NET Core, Angular 15 and above, SQL 2022, and Azure.

·       Technical Design and Architecture: Create technical designs and software architectures that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.

·       Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and implement quality assurance practices to deliver high-quality software.

·       Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure software solutions meet business needs.

·       Continuous Improvement: Keep up with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve software development practices and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors /master’s in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  

·       8+ years of experience as software developer, with strong expertise in .Net 6 and above, ASP.NET Core, Angular 15 and above, SQL 2022, and Azure.

• Good to have worked on Gen AI based technologies 
  
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
