Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Proven experience in integrating on-premises deployments of MS Dynamics 365 with other systems via APIs & ETLs.

Technical Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in SQL Server database management, including performance tuning and ensuring data integrity.

  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 security models, data management practices, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS).
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on mentoring and fostering team growth.

Preferred Skills:

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications.
  • Experience in the banking or fintech industry.

  • Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies within the team, leading sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
