Noom, Inc., seeks Technical Lead Manager in New York, NY, to write technical design documents and implement code given a set of product requirements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science & Engineering or a related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation: utilizing object oriented programming languages; managing projects from end to end, designing new features; coordinating the technical work of junior team members as appropriate and partnering with product managers to scope individual projects; utilizing modern engineering and experimentation practices, iterating on product development to evolve the product and baseline best user experiences; utilizing web development systems including HTML, JavaScript and HTTP stack; utilizing technologies including SQL, AWS, and various server monitoring packages; and utilizing version control systems and continuous integration and continuous deployment tools. The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $211,000 and $285,000 per year. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom’s estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, scope, and location. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
