Job Description

Role: Technical Lead – Java Full stack
Experience: 7- 10 years
Location: Gurgaon

  • As a Technical Lead, you will be a part of a team of hardworking people responsible for creating and maintaining a suite of cutting-edge web applications, and client applications in a fast-paced results-oriented environment.
  • Our Technical Lead utilize their Design and Architecture knowledge coupled with Java and Server-side Engineering and Web Development experience in understanding the constraints and needs of the business to elevate the quality of the output of the entire team over time
  • They lead by example, prioritize quality, and help define design for the full suite of applications
  • They own the SDLC engineering processes including (but not limited to) SRS, Design and design review, Solution, Coding, Code review, Unit testing, Integration testing, Delivery on lower and higher env and support to other teams like QA, Prod support, etc
  • We are seeking flexible engineers who are not afraid to be involved in product discussions and work with multiple stakeholders of the project

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in SDLC. Agile (Scrum) is a must have.
  • Strong exp. on core java concepts like oops, multithreading, collections & exception handling with hands on knowledge of debugging skills and excellent coding practices
  • Must have strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Security
  • Good hands-on experience in any JavaScript framework, be it AngularJS/ReactJS/Ext.JS etc.
  • Good experience in SQL server. (DDL and DML)
  • Experience in object-oriented analysis, design & programming.
  • Expertise knowledge of Microservices Architecture and Web services/RESTful
  • Good experience with Unit Testing processes and tools (JUnit)
  • Hands-on experience with Design Principles, Patterns and architectural styles
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology and TDD (Test Driven Development)
  • Excellent code review & debugging/troubleshooting skills.
  • Should have knowledge of performance tuning of the application for SQL, Java code and design.
  • Should have basic understanding of the NFRs and its applicability
  • JIRA is a must.
  • HLD/LLD is a must.
  • Should have good communication skills – Understanding requirements, and articulate it
  • Should be able to communicate with the stakeholders and be able to explain the issues, solutions and resolve conflicts with data points, pros-cons analysis and come up with RCA
  • Fluent Verbal and written skills

Qualifications

Educational Requirement:

  • Bachelor / Masters degree in any engineering or technical / quantitative field.
