Who You Are
You’re a strategic and hands-on Technical Lead who excels at guiding teams through complex architecture decisions, mentoring developers, and delivering scalable, secure applications. You’re a problem-solver, collaborator, and proactive leader who thrives in dynamic environments and takes pride in clean, modern engineering practices.
 

You Have:

• 5–8+ years of experience developing software with .NET/.NET Core (v5/6+) and C#.

• 3+ years of team or technical leadership experience.

• 3+ years building front-end applications with Angular (v10+).

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server.

• Practical experience with Azure services like App Service, Functions, CosmosDB, and Storage.

• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, especially Azure DevOps.

• Deep understanding of design patterns (e.g., MVC, CQRS, DDD), Clean Architecture, and SOLID/DRY principles.

• Experience with test-driven development using xUnit, NUnit, Jasmine, etc.

• Understanding of security best practices: OAuth2.0, JWT, MSAL.

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
   

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Blazor, Razor Pages, or other JavaScript UI frameworks.

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures or message queues.

• Exposure to observability tools (e.g., Serilog, Elastic Search, Azure Monitor).

• Background in migrating monolithic apps to cloud-native microservices.

• Certifications in Azure or software architecture (e.g., Microsoft Certified Developer/Architect).
   

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design and development of full-stack solutions using .NET and Angular.

• Define and evolve software architecture that is scalable, secure, and maintainable.

• Enforce clean code practices, drive test automation, and ensure high engineering quality.

• Mentor developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.

• Own the SDLC—from specification through CI/CD, release, and monitoring.

• Work closely with Product Owners, UX, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver business value.

• Lead cloud migrations and modernization efforts leveraging Azure services.

• Represent MAS Global in client meetings, articulating technical solutions and decisions.
