Requirements:
- Minimum of 6+ years of software development experience, with a primary focus on NodeJS.
- Architect and implement end-to-end full-stack solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of engineers.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to align on project goals.
- Ensure code quality through rigorous reviews and testing methodologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative solutions.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new engineering talent.
- Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders on technical deliverables and challenges.
