Job Title: Technical IT Recruiter & Lead – International Staffing

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Technical IT Recruiter & Lead with a strong background in international recruitment, preferably supporting clients across South Africa, India, the Middle East and other global markets.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for clients across these regions and a proven ability to source and place top technology talent.

The role is best suited for recruiters who are proactive in leveraging social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and headhunting techniques to identify and engage top talent. The ideal candidate should possess excellent networking and talent-mapping abilities, with a proven capability to source high-calibre professionals beyond traditional job portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates using advanced sourcing techniques.
  
• Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and direct headhunting.
  
• Understand client requirements and deliver qualified candidates within agreed timelines.
  
• Conduct preliminary technical and behavioral assessments.
  
• Coordinate interviews, candidate feedback, offer management, and onboarding processes.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
  
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records.
  
• Support / Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT positions across international markets.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of proven experience in Technical IT Recruitment.
  
• Experience recruiting for international clients, preferably in South Africa, UAE,UK, Australia, Singapore, Europe, or similar markets.
  
• Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies, including:
  
• Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  
• Data Engineering & Analytics
  
• AI / Machine Learning
  
• Cybersecurity
  
• DevOps & SRE
  
• Software Development (Java, .NET, Python, React, Angular, etc.)
  
• ERP & Enterprise Applications
  
• Infrastructure & Networking
  
• Demonstrated expertise in headhunting and identifying high-calibre talent through professional networks and innovative sourcing strategies
  
• Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, social networking platforms, referrals, and talent communities.
  
• Must not be solely dependent on job portals for sourcing.
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
