About This Job
Air and Space Force Solutions, a business unit within BAE Systems, has an opening at our Hill Air Force Base, Utah location for a technical intern. This individual will work on a team of Operations, Cybersecurity, and Project Management professionals on a variety of system and IT projects. The position will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Set up and administer user accounts within various systems
- Learn various systems and applications and assist in the training of end users
- Troubleshoot user issues related to Jira and Confluence
- Analyze and document processes and procedures
- The applicant must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
- Other duties as assigned
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Required Education:
- High School diploma or GED
- The successful applicant should be a Junior/Senior college student
- Customer service experience
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Prior experience working in an IT department. Help desk, desktop support, IT Call Center, or customer support experience is a plus
- Ability to review, analyze, document, and explain technical systems or data
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $45526 - $61491
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.
