Job Description

Reports To: VP-HCM Practice
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Hybrid – based in either Guragram or Noida
Experience: 5+ years experience in technical HCM/HRIS implementation, with a focus on Dayforce
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Implementation Specialist with strong expertise in Dayforce to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of HCM implementation projects, including exports/imports, integration, data migration, and customization of Dayforce systems. As a Technical Implementation Specialist, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to design and implement solutions tailored to the unique needs of each organization.

You will play a critical role in ensuring successful system deployment, providing technical leadership, and delivering value to clients through the effective use of Dayforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical configuration, customization, and data migration processes for Dayforce implementations.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather technical and functional requirements, ensuring solutions are tailored to their business needs.
  • Oversee data mapping, conversion, and integration activities, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to Dayforce implementations and provide post-implementation support to clients.
  • Work closely with internal technical and functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Provide clients with training and support on the technical aspects of Dayforce, including system configuration and maintenance.
  • Participate in client sessions to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
  • Continuously improve internal technical delivery procedures to enhance overall client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical implementation, with a strong focus on Dayforce configuration, data migration, and system customization.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR and payroll functions, particularly in relation to Dayforce systems.
  • Familiarity with SaaS/Cloud computing environments, with a focus on HCM/HRIS systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in data handling and system configuration.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading technical workshops and training sessions.
