Technical Implementation Engineer

Our client is a global technology solutions provider supporting enterprise customers across the financial services and transaction processing industries.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Engineer to support the delivery, configuration, and integration of enterprise software solutions across regional and international projects. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to customise applications, support system integration, and ensure successful deployment and go-live activities.

• Participate in solution analysis, technical design discussions, and gap assessments to identify implementation requirements;
  
• Configure and customise enterprise applications based on business and technical specifications;
  
• Develop and test customer-specific enhancements and integrations;
  
• Support interface configuration, system integration, and deployment activities;
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects identified during testing and production support phases;
  
• Assist with user acceptance testing, certification activities, and production readiness;
  
• Support go-live execution, issue resolution, and handover to support teams;
  
• Maintain technical documentation, activity tracking, and incident reporting.
  

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline;
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software implementation, application development, or system integration roles;
  
• Experience with Java-based technologies and modern application frameworks;
  
• Familiarity with frontend technologies, microservices architecture, container platforms, and DevOps tools;
  
• Understanding of databases, APIs, and testing methodologies;
  
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills;
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in project-based and client-facing environments.
