Job Description:
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance to users via phone and other communication channels.
- Log and track customer inquiries using a problem management database, maintaining detailed records and documentation.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize customer issues to ensure prompt resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Assist in vehicle programming support and IT system troubleshooting.
- Follow established escalation processes and develop follow-up steps for unresolved issues.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication.

- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of IT technical support experience.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, networking, and software troubleshooting.
- Ability to diagnose and repair PC hardware and network components.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong commitment to attendance and reliability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN IT infrastructure.
- Experience in IT or automotive systems.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+.
- Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
Work Schedule:
- Ability to work first and second shifts, including occasional Saturdays.
