Technical Executions Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Execution Lead – KSA, who will act as the front-line delivery leader responsible for end-to-end execution of projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities to ensure successful project delivery in close coordination with Project Managers (based in KSA), clients, consultants, and internal engineering teams in Pakistan. The Execution Lead will be responsible for translating project requirements into executable deliverables, ensuring timely completion of design, engineering, procurement coordination, site execution, documentation, and client communication.

  Key Responsibilities 

1. Project Execution Leadership 

•Lead complete project execution lifecycle from kickoff to handover  

•Ensure adherence to project scope, timeline, quality, and budget  

•Act as primary execution authority between KSA PM, client, and Pakistan engineering teams  

•Drive site execution strategy and resolve execution bottlenecks proactively  

2. Techno-Commercial Management 

•Review BOQs, project scope, and contract documents from execution perspective  

•Identify variation opportunities, claims, and scope gaps  

•Coordinate with commercial team for cost control and project profitability  

•Support in vendor negotiations, procurement strategy, and technical evaluation  

•Explore new opportunities

3. Design & Engineering Coordination 

•Oversee design deliverables including drawings, submittals, and technical documentation  

•Ensure timely resolution of RFIs, technical queries, and consultant comments 

 •Validate engineering outputs against project requirements and standards 

 •Coordinate between design teams (Pakistan) and site execution requirements (KSA)  

4. Client & Stakeholder Management 

•Serve as key technical and execution interface with client and consultant teams  

•Participate in progress meetings, technical discussions, and site coordination meetings  

•Ensure clear communication of project progress, risks, and mitigation plans  

•Maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders in KSA  

5. Site & Construction Management 

•Oversee site execution activities through site teams / subcontractors  

•Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards  

•Monitor progress and enforce corrective actions where required 

 •Conduct regular site visits (as applicable) for execution control 

 •Oversee site commissioning activities 

 6. Planning & Reporting 

•Develop and monitor execution plans, schedules, and milestones  

•Provide regular progress reports to senior management and PMO  

•Highlight risks, delays, and resource requirements proactively
