As the Technical Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Oversee the management of requirements documentation, including standards, specifications, and test documentation.

Conduct gap analysis and ensure traceability between requirements and tests.

Develop and maintain test case documentation, verification methods, and compliance tracking.

Establish and maintain connections between standards, specifications, and test cases.

Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and address documentation gaps.

Monitor and manage the status of documentation, including review and approval workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field.

Proven experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Polarion).

Strong proficiency in technical documentation.

Solid understanding of systems engineering principles.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Demonstrated experience with requirements traceability.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
