Job Description:
The Technical Customer Support Representative resolves system-related issues and assists clients with technical integrations, including API support and data troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve login and system errors
  • Support API integrations and technical configurations
  • Document incidents and provide timely updates
  • Escalate advanced issues to engineering teams
  • Test and validate reported bugs
  • Create user-friendly troubleshooting guides
