Job Description
Are you ready to harness your customer service expertise and project management skills to lead innovative projects? Join JPMorgan Chase as a Technical Customer Success Associate within the CIB Payments Technology team. With excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills, you'll build productive relationships and influence decision-making to achieve mutually beneficial results.
Job Responsibilities
  • Collect and integrate information from various stakeholders to create professional and competitive presentations for senior leadership. Assist with follow-ups and updates as necessary.
  • Utilize advanced analytical skills to evaluate program performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support a team environment that values diversity, equity, inclusion, and mutual respect.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage and influence partners and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in creating presentations, with extensive experience using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the payments sector.
  • Ability to effectively translate requirements and ask insightful questions.
  • Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Ability to manage internal marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in English is preferred.
