This is a hybrid contract role based in San Francisco, CA. $75 per hour/40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Create exceptional and captivating content for the API - starter projects, product & feature guides, emails, social media posts, support pages, FAQs, and blog posts.
- Identify content opportunities and novel ways to bring out the value prop of the API through curated content.
- Synthesize complex AI-related topics and feature releases into understandable and digestible copy for a technical and non-technical audience alike.
- Track content performance via internal data and analytics tools; analyze and optimize engagement metrics of the content.
- Work closely with our Design and Brand teams to adhere to current guidelines.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of content writing and strategy experience, ideally with API products.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and fundamentals of common programming languages like Python and Javascript.
- World-class writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a unique voice and tone.
- Understanding of technical details like networking, security, and REST.
- Familiarity with techniques like prompting, function calling, and RAG.
- Extreme attention to detail paired with fast-paced execution.
- 0-to-1 development of API documentation material, including blogs, starter projects, and guides.
- Experience with international brands and multiple languages
