Who is DAPR Engineering and Re:Build Manufacturing?
DAPR Engineering, LLC, a part of Re:Build Manufacturing, is an engineering design and analysis consulting firm in Nashua, New Hampshire. We work with customers across many industries to develop and deliver turnkey industrial machines to meet their unique requirements. We develop custom automation solutions, work with OEMs to develop industrial products, and provide engineering analysis using FEA tools.
At Re:Build Manufacturing we're rebuilding America's manufacturing base and creating meaningful, sustainable jobs in areas that have been deindustrialized over the past 20-30 years. Our strategy is to employ technology, systems, deep financial resources, and best management practices to compete and win as manufacturers in the global market. We are NOT private equity. We do not buy companies with the intention of selling them. Over the next decades we want to make a difference in the US Manufacturing economy and the communities in which we operate. We believe in the power of people and the long-term competitive advantage that can be derived from helping our employees achieve their fullest potential.
Who We Are Looking ForWe’re looking for a technically fluent storyteller who thrives at the intersection of engineering, marketing, and business development. You’re someone who can sit with engineers, ask smart questions, understand complex systems, and then translate that work into clear, compelling content that resonates with customers.
You’re highly organized, curious by nature, and comfortable working across teams. You aren’t expected to be a practicing engineer — but you are expected to be comfortable learning engineering concepts quickly and communicating them with accuracy and confidence. If you enjoy turning real engineering work into narratives that support growth, proposals, and brand presence, this role is for you.
What You’ll Get to DoServe as the primary bridge between Engineering and Marketing/Communications, transforming technical projects into high-quality external content
Develop case studies, whitepapers, technical blogs, project spotlights, proposal content, and sales collateral
Collaborate closely with engineers to extract technical insights, clarify concepts, and shape compelling technical narratives
Develop or coordinate visuals such as diagrams, process flows, renderings, CAD exports, simulations, and short animations to support storytelling
Partner with Sales Engineering and Business Development to build proposal materials, capability overviews, and reusable collateral
Build and maintain a structured library of marketing and proposal assets to ensure consistency and efficiency
Support strategic market positioning by helping refine messaging, differentiators, and industry-specific content
Ensure alignment with Re:Build corporate brand standards while highlighting the unique strengths of the engineering team
Help implement systems and processes that make it easier for engineers to share updates, visuals, and technical insights
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering — or a related technical field
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex technical work into clear, compelling content
Comfort collaborating with engineers, sales teams, and marketing partners across multiple projects
Excellent organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
Experience supporting proposals, technical documentation, or B2B marketing content
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and technical integrity
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in CAD tools, visualization software, simulations, or technical illustration
Preferred experience in engineering services, automation, systems integration, or industrial B2B environments
