Job Title: Technical Consultant
Location: We are seeking a Technical Consultant to join our Technical team here at ROCKWOOL UK. This is an office based position and will be based at our offices in Pencoed, South Wales.

Your Future Team:
Reporting into the Technical Team Leader, you will be providing a comprehensive, high level, technical service by supporting ROCKWOOL customers while maximising opportunities to generate and develop sales prospects.
What you will be doing:
- Working as part of a small team to manage all inbound technical enquiries within the agreed service and quality standards
- Ensuring a high level of accurate and appropriate technical support is provided to both internal and external stakeholders
- Completing calculations using appropriate software to ultimately specify our stone wool insulation
- Ensuring that advice and solutions offered are appropriate to the needs of both the customer and the ROCKWOOL business
- Completing product demonstrations on a rota with others in the team, as required for customers visiting the Bridgend site
- Assisting in training existing and new members of staff from both within the team and wider business
What you bring:
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Capable of working independently and within a team
- Good work ethic, time management and organisational skills
- Calm, polite and helpful approach to work
