Job Description
Quevera is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Adoption Consultant with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph to support mission-critical programs in Laurel, Maryland. In this role, you will help drive cloud adoption and organizational transformation by improving the cloud onboarding experience and promoting best practices across secure enterprise environments.
Working closely with customers, technical teams, and organizational stakeholders, you will develop cloud adoption resources, facilitate training and outreach initiatives, gather customer feedback, and support cultural transformation efforts. You'll help improve cloud onboarding processes, create technical documentation, and educate users on cloud capabilities while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
As a Cloud Adoption Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping organizations successfully adopt cloud technologies through effective communication, process improvement, and change management. This position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide initiatives while working alongside experienced professionals supporting critical national security missions.
Job Responsibilities
- Support enterprise cloud adoption initiatives by improving the customer onboarding experience and promoting cloud best practices.
- Develop onboarding resources, documentation, and educational materials that enable successful cloud adoption from onboarding through provisioning.
- Create and administer customer surveys to evaluate cloud onboarding experiences and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Gather and document customer feedback, concerns, and challenges related to cloud migration and transformation efforts.
- Assist with organizational cloud transformation initiatives that drive adoption, collaboration, and cultural change.
- Facilitate cloud enablement discussions, workshops, and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist in developing strategies that support enterprise-wide cloud adoption and organizational transformation.
- Collaborate with commercial cloud providers to stay current on cloud capabilities, services, and best practices.
- Build, maintain, and update Confluence pages, SiteWorks websites, and other knowledge management resources.
- Develop training materials, user guides, newsletters, whitepapers, and other communications to support cloud literacy and organizational awareness.
- Analyze customer feedback and operational metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of cloud onboarding processes and recommend improvements.
- Develop and implement standardized processes that promote successful cloud adoption and ongoing cloud operations.
- Communicate effectively with customers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of cloud transformation initiatives.
- Support multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university (or additional four (4) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
- Ten (10) or more years of experience leading or supporting organizational change management and large-scale cultural transformation initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities, including experience presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience developing technical documentation, user guides, training materials, and knowledge base content.
- Experience using Confluence, SiteWorks, or similar documentation and collaboration platforms.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and process improvement skills.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and interpreting metrics to drive business decisions and process improvements.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills
- Working knowledge of cloud technologies, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS).
- Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect.
- Familiarity with FinOps principles, practices, and cloud cost optimization tools.
- Knowledge of Digital Transformation and Organizational Change Management methodologies, including Prosci.
- Experience supporting enterprise cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
- Experience facilitating organizational training, workshops, and cloud enablement sessions.
- Familiarity with enterprise knowledge management and technical communication best practices.
