- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the fertilizer market.
- Strong agrobusiness background.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
- Strong teamwork skills, empathy, and a passion for networking.
- English is desirable intermediate level
- Mandatory to live in Mato Grosso State - Campo Novo do Parecis Region
