Who We Are Looking For?
We're looking for a Technical Client Systems Lead to be the trusted technical point of contact for clients running AI systems on the PIPE44 platform.
This is a client-focused role – you protect the relationship. You'll explain agent behavior, coordinate incident communication, translate requirements, and ensure clients feel confident and supported. You need solid technical understanding but not deep infrastructure expertise.
You'll join pre-sales discussions alongside leadership to answer technical questions (no selling required – just be the technical expert in the room).
What You'll Do
Serve as primary technical contact for assigned clients
Explain AI agent behavior and system outputs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Coordinate incident communication – status updates, root causes, resolutions
Translate client requirements into technical specifications for the platform team
Work with client data realities and constraints
Provide regular operational reporting and system health updates
Proactively flag risks and recommend improvements
Act as first escalation layer for client issues
Join pre-sales technical discussions to demonstrate platform capabilities
Required:
Strong communication skills (written and verbal English)
Solid technical understanding – can read logs, understand system architecture, follow technical discussions
Conceptual understanding of AI/LLM systems and RAG (doesn't need to build them)
Experience in client-facing technical roles (Solutions Engineer, Technical Support, Technical CSM, or similar)
Confident and clear when explaining complex topics to non-technical audiences
Calm and structured during incidents
Nice to Have:
Hands-on experience with LLM-based systems or RAG pipelines
Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or technical consulting
Experience with enterprise clients and their governance requirements
Familiarity with CRM/ERP integrations

Not a sales or account management role
Not deep DevOps/infrastructure work
Not AI research or model building
Not a solo operator – you work alongside platform engineers and leadership
