Job Description:
The Professional, Technical Client Account Services position offers a combination of technical support and communication to clients that utilize Cotality products and technology solutions. At its core, the role bridges the gap between client requests and the various internal teams of Cotality required to complete the requests. The position also requires a certain level of configuration of various Cotality applications. Critical thinking and highly polished client communication skills are paramount to provide ongoing support of our clients’ complex technical needs.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Gather technical business requirements from clients and translate them into actionable items for various internal teams.
- Perform application configuration work to provide on-going updates of services.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and see problems through to resolution.
- Diagnose and analyze customer change request to create and implement resolution plans ensuring the application fully satisfies customer in terms of availability, performance, data integrity, and other factors per customer requirements.
- Work in collaboration with account management, database administration, product development and system engineering to facilitate rapid problem solving and implement changes.
- Lead application change projects by utilizing project management skills and status reporting techniques.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage customer expectations.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education with a focus in the IT Industry or related field. Or 3+ years’ working experience in product implementation, or technical client support role.
- Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; including the ability to parse out the required details from client requests.
- Technical project management/coordination skills.
- Ability to immediately adapt to changing requirements and conditions.
- Ability to understand client’s business needs/requirements and effectively communicate issues to a range of audience members.
- Experience with SQL and/or programming language is strongly desired.
- Experience with input forms, rules, tables, reading error codes, and JIPS
- Familiarity with real estate concepts is strongly desired
