Billigence seeks a skilled Technical Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical delivery within a large-scale analytics consolidation program. This role will focus on eliciting and documenting requirements, supporting solution design, and ensuring data projects deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document detailed business and technical requirements
- Conduct data discovery and modelling to inform solution design
- Act as liaison between business and technical teams, translating complex concepts clearly
- Map and assess current processes, defining improvements and future-state workflows
- Support quality assurance through acceptance criteria definition and validation activities
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Technical BA on data or analytics projects
- Strong requirements documentation and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of data modelling, mapping, and governance principles
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (preferably Google Cloud / BigQuery)
- Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Domo, Looker) desirable
- Agile project delivery experience
