We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join one of our high-performing client teams. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical execution. You’ll play a key part in translating business requirements into actionable technical documentation and ensuring delivery aligns with both vision and quality standards.
Your Role:
- Gathering, understanding, and analyzing business requirements from various stakeholders
- Preparing and following up on requirements workshops and stakeholder meetings
- Creating detailed technical analysis documentation based on business inputs, system capabilities, and best practices
- Writing clear and concise User Stories with defined Acceptance Criteria
- Collaborating with technical Team Leaders to ensure shared understanding of requirements and smooth hand-off to development
- Validating solution compatibility with existing system functionalities and regulatory frameworks
- Supporting UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and confirming feature completeness against acceptance criteria
- Working closely with QA Engineers to define test scenarios (automated regression and manual testing)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Hands-on experience in software engineering or a strong technical foundation.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP);
- Familiarity with data analysis, SQL, or BI tools;
- Exposure to enterprise systems integration projects.
