In this role you will:
- Collaborate with engineering squads to define and refine requirements, ensuring they follow INVEST principles.
- Understand and translate business needs into clear technical solutions and acceptance criteria for order dispatch, finance, and ERP systems.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives in an agile delivery environment.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with stakeholders and engineering teams to gather requirements and align on priorities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of existing systems, operational solutions and integration points.
- Assist in identifying process improvements, troubleshooting, improving speed of delivery and supporting change initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between business users and engineers, ensuring a shared understanding of requirements and technical constraints.
- Assist in defining UAT scenarios, coordinate stakeholder testing, and validate outcomes against business expectations.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as a Technical BA in agile environments, ideally working with Financial or ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of agile principles and the INVEST framework.
- Ability to write high-quality user stories and break down complex work into deliverable increments.
- Comfortable working closely with engineers and understanding technical implications.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and system diagramming.
- Ability to effectively manage competing stakeholder priorities and objectives.
- Work productively in a fast-paced and agile environment.
- Exposure to dispatch or logistics systems.
- Experience in finance or ERP platforms like NetSuite, SAP, or similar.
- Technical background or education in software, data, or systems.
