Technical Business Analyst
Will play a client-facing role, responsible for thoroughly analyzing client business requirements and subsequently configuring the system to align with these needs.
Technical Skills
- Hands on Core Banking, SaaS (Software as a Service)/BaaS (Banking as a Service) experience.
- Core Banking Systems Knowledge: In-depth understanding of core banking platforms particularly FIS systems such as Profile and the Modern Banking Platform (MBP).
- SQL and Data Analysis: Ability to query databases, analyze data, and generate reports.
- Business Process Modeling: Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams, use cases, and other documentation.
- API Integration: Familiarity with API standards and integration methods in a banking environment.
- Project Management Tools: Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, Fresh Service.
Banking Knowledge:
- Financial Products Understanding: Deep knowledge of banking products such as loans, deposits, payments, and treasury.
- Regulatory Compliance: Awareness of banking regulations (e.g., AML, KYC, Basel III) and how they impact system requirements.
