Requirements
- MBA, PGDM, or equivalent PG with specialization in Finance/IT or
related fields; B.E./B. Tech preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in engineering technology-driven solutions
with a strong acumen for leveraging technology to enhance financial processes.
- Proficient understanding of financial concepts with advanced
skills in Excel, Macros & SQL (must have – intermediate to advanced level).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a logical thought process to
effectively analyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data.
- Proven track record of strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey
complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and
thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing resilience and adaptability under pressure.
- Deep interest and appreciation for technology with relevant work
experience. Prior experience in development/IT roles would be a significant
advantage.
- Knowledge of Alternative Investments in various
asset classes (Asset-based lending, Commercial Real Estate, Middle-Market) for EMEA
(Europe, Middle East and Africa) & US will be preferred.
Skills Required
- MBA, PGDM, or equivalent postgraduate degree specializing in Finance, IT, or a related field
- Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree
- Experience engineering technology-driven solutions for financial processes
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, Macros, and SQL
- Strong financial concepts knowledge
- Ability to analyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data with strong attention to detail and logical thinking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Initiative, resilience, adaptability, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant technology work experience and strong interest in technology
- Prior development or IT experience
- Knowledge of alternative investments, including asset-based lending, commercial real estate, and middle-market investments in EMEA and the US
