Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to interpret large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex financial and technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.

Self-motivated and proactive professional with the ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments while effectively managing competing priorities and deadlines.

Strong passion for technology and innovation, supported by relevant industry experience; prior exposure to software development, IT, or product-oriented roles is highly advantageous.

Working knowledge of Alternative Investments across asset classes including Asset-Based Lending (ABL), Commercial Real Estate (CRE), and Middle-Market investments, particularly within the EMEA and US markets.

Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, bridge business and technology requirements, and contribute to strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

Skills Required
