We’re continuing down the path of high growth and high impact, and this role is a key member of the Finance Team making that happen.

Your impact. 

  • Compile data, compute fees and charges, and prepare invoices for billing as directed
  • Ability to execute complex bills in a timely manner
  • Own the process of collecting, maintaining, and initiating our ACH draws for customer payment collection
  • Following up on declined payments and resolving financial discrepancies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for billing purposes
  • Address invoice issues, reconciling financial data, and maintaining client invoicing portals
  • Coordinate collections efforts with appropriate internal and external contacts
  • Provide financial information and problem solve while adhering to established policies and procedures
  • Create an emphasis on customer experience with error free billing and quick turnaround resolving discrepancies
  • Notify and make recommendations to the manager for issues that arise or opportunities for improvement
  • Responsible for all internal reporting requests related to the specific segments of invoicing to be owned by this role
  • Act as the liaison between business partners to ensure accuracy in revenue share remittances 

Your experience.

  • Experience in the technical aspects of billing and collections required (medical claims billing experience a plus)
  • Advance ability to work with large data sets in excel
  • Creative problem solving abilities coupled with resourcefulness
  • Experience with ERP systems (QuickBooks online and NetSuite)
  • An eye for the details and the ability to deliver accurate output in a timely manner
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort with managing multiple work streams
  • Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • A champion for data accuracy and quality for the Accounting team
  • Familiarity with online banking platforms (NACHA files specifically)
  • Salesforce experience is a plus!

Base Compensation Range for Job Level: $55,000- $70,000 Annually
