Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture for Education Cloud implementations.
Define data models for student lifecycle management (prospects, applicants, students, alumni).
Lead solution design across Education Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Architect integrations with SIS, LMS, ERP, identity management, and third-party education systems.
Define security, sharing, and compliance models (FERPA/GDPR).
Guide development teams on Apex, LWC, Flows, and Education Cloud configurations.
Establish integration patterns, performance standards, and scalability strategies.
Review code, enforce architectural standards, and ensure best practices.
Support estimation, solution walkthroughs, and stakeholder discussions.
Mentor technical teams and provide technical governance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong Salesforce platform expertise: Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, Security Model.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Education Cloud (EAC, Student 360, data model).
Experience with Experience Cloud portals (student, faculty, alumni).
Proven integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft preferred.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling and multi-org strategies.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and environment management.
