RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a technical design authority for Salesforce and ERP/PSA implementations across diverse industries.
- Design and document scalable systems, including data models, integrations, automation, and user experience.
- Participate in and lead technical discovery, solutioning sessions, and architectural reviews.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, project managers, and client stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle - ensuring architecture decisions are implemented effectively.
- Contribute to internal IP, solution accelerators, and reusable frameworks.
- Stay current on Salesforce and ERP/PSA platform enhancements and bring forward recommendations.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to a strong internal culture of technical excellence.
- Support pre-sales activities, including discovery, scope definition, and architecture diagrams.
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce design, configuration, and development.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities (Flows, Apex, LWC, security, data modeling, etc.).
- Experience with ERP or PSA platforms (Certinia preferred, but not required).
- Hands-on experience with custom integration and strong familiarity with Salesforce APIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical topics to business stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities.
- Ability to independently manage your time, responsibilities, and project deliverables remotely.

- Experience with Certinia (formerly FinancialForce).
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Copado or Flosum.
- Salesforce certifications, such as System Architect and/or Application Architect.
- Background in data governance, user provisioning, or compliance within enterprise platforms.
